IT Service Pros is a Missouri-based company that provides computer consulting and information technology (IT) solutions to small and medium sized business. We are more than a technology service provider; we become a virtual IT department for our clients as our technicians essentially become an extension of their business.

As a Microsoft Certified Partner and Small Business Specialist, we are well-prepared to provide a host of IT Services including security assessment, software and hardware consulting, network design and installation, remote monitoring, and ongoing technical support. Additionally, we offer CAT5/6 cable installations, PBX communications systems, security alarm, and video surveillance systems.

A History of Commitment
IT Service Pros, LLC was founded in 1994 to provide computer networking for the growing small business market, with an initial emphasis on building and supporting standalone systems in a peer-to-peer environment with a file server acting as a central data storage system.

Our original geographic support region was the Central Missouri area. As computing technology was rapidly integrating with broadband Internet access, more business functions required a change to client-server networks. With this, IT Service Pros changed to meet this need and our geographic support area expanded to cover all of Missouri, eastern Kansas, and part of Illinois. Additional specialty projects were handled for clients in Oregon, Washington State, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.

In 2002, due to company growth , we built a new facility in Grain Valley, Missouri. Today, our operation includes 3000 square feet of floor space with a training room, an Integration & Validation Lab, and an Engineering & Design Lab. We have the capacity to build, repair, or upgrade single systems as well as the complete end-to-end turnkey integration of networks with multiple servers and up to 75 workstations plus all peripherals.

In 2006, we changed over from a Registered Partner to a Microsoft Certified Partner, adding the Microsoft Small Business Specialist and Network Infrastructure qualifications.
